On May 19, 2008 at 5:30AM, the Altamont was dispatched along as part of a 1st alarm assignment to a working fire. Engine 367 arrived as the second engine and laid a supply line to the scene. Eninge 367's crew split up,advanced a backup line to the first floor of the structure, and conducted a primary search of the second floor.

On May 10, 2008 at 4:30AM the Altamont was dispatched to a working commercial structure (under construction) fire. St. Clair command requested an extra engine and a RIT team from Pottsville in addition to the 1st alarm. Engine 367 was initially assigned to establish a water supply from a hydrant near the WalMart garden center. Engine 367's crew was re-assigned to assist with the removal of an injured firefighter from the roof of the structure. Altamont firefighters, along with St. Clair and Pottsville firefighters, lowered the patient down Ladder 21's ladder. The rescue went well with both roof and attack operations continuing without interruption.

On April 10, 2008 at 5:01PM, the Altamont was dispatched to Interstate 81 near the entrance ramp from Rte 61 southbound to a motor vehicle accident involving several vehicles. Rainbow Hose Company, New Castle Twp., Englewood, and Frackville were also dispatched. The Saint Clair Fire Department provided traffic control during the incident. Multiple vehicles were involved including a minivan with 2 entrapped motorists. Engine 368 arrived and assisted with the care of a motorist lying and the roadway. Engine 367 arrived and assisted with the extrication of the 2 entrapped motorists. Throughout the extended call Altamont firefighters assisted the EMS crews with 6 injured motorists and provided spill control, in addition to the extrication.
On April 10, 2008 at 2:14PM, the Altamont was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at MM124 southbound. The location was changed to MM123 which added Englewood and Frackville to the call. E367 arrived to find a tri-axle carrying silt overturned. There was one minor injury.
On March 7, 2008 the Altamont responded to a working structure fire in Shenandoah Heights as part of a 1st alarm assignment. Engine 367's crew split up and advanced a hoseline to the third floor, while the remainder of the crew laddered the exterior of the building.

On February 8, 2008, at 11:45PM, the Altamont responded to a working structure fire with entrapment in William Penn as part of a 1st alarm assignment. Engines 367 and 368's crews operated 2.5 inch hoselines as part of a defensive fire attack. Crews returned to William Penn the following day to assist Engine 888's crew with overhaul and recovery operations.

On February 4, 2008, at 6:45PM, the Altamont responded as part of a 1st alarm assignment to Mahanoy City. Engine 367's crew stood by as a Rapid Intervention Team.

On January 29, 2008, the Altamont responded as part of a second alarm assignment to Ashland on a working structure fire with multiple entrapment. Engine 367's crew entered the corner property through a second floor window and advanced hoselines into the structure.

On January 26, 2008, at approximately 6PM, the Altamont was dispatched, along with its first alarm assignment to a commercial fire on Wylam St. Additional units from West Mahanoy Twp. and Mahanoy City were requested.
